We have recently lowered our shipping rate to acknowledge the difficulty that we all find ourselves in due to the pandemic.

Flat rate - $9.50

Free shipping on orders over $60.

*Please note that Free Shipping is the subtotal of your order, therefore it is before taxes and after any promotional discount. If, for instance, your order, before tax, is $51 but you are using CF Glow points worth $10, your order is now $51 and does not qualify for Free shipping.

We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday. If there is a delay, we will notify you and let you know of the estimated shipping date.

Live in the GTA and would like FREE pickup? Or maybe you'll be in Toronto for the day and you would like to take advantage of getting your goodies right away! Local Pickup orders will be delivered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon
