We want you to be happy with your purchase!
We accept unopened, unused products for a store credit within 30 days of purchase We do not credit the cost of shipping incurred by the customer, solely the cost of the product returned.
Please contact us as soon as you decide to return an order and we will instruct you as to how to do so. The cost of returning the product will be paid by the customer.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at email@example.com within three days of receiving your order. If the order is damaged, please attach a photo and a description of the damage incurred.
Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your credit will then be processed for future purchases.
