Ingrid's Recipe: Sweet & Easy Peach Crisp

This perfect-for-fall recipe comes straight from Ingrid's Kitchen. It's simple enough for an after-school treat for the kids or a delightful and light dessert for impromptu dinner guests. You could even pack a piece for a picnic and eat in the park while taking in the leaves. (Take this travel set to eat it with).

The best thing about this tasty Autumn treat? It takes only about an hour from start to ready to eat!

Mix together and place in a greased pan:

  • 6 organic market peaches, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Mix the following and pat gently on top of fruit mixture:

  • 1 cup Organic Gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup organic butter, melted
  • Pinch of pink salt

Bake at 375 ˚F for 45 minutes. Let cool for 8-10 minutes.
